Operated by SKILWI Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62011KA2026PTC220605), registered at Unit No. 101, Oxford Tower, 138/88 HAL Old Airport Road, H.A.L 2nd Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560008, India (“SKILWI”, “we”, “us”).

These Terms govern your use of SKILWI, a software platform operated by SKILWI Technologies Private Limited. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

The service

SKILWI provides a cloud-based workforce platform covering skills intelligence, hiring, performance management, succession planning, workforce planning and payroll. Features vary by subscription tier.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@skilwi.ai of any unauthorised use.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the term stated on your order or invoice, in Indian Rupees, exclusive of applicable taxes. Access is provisioned once payment is confirmed. Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to break the law, infringe rights, upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse engineer the service, or resell it without our written consent.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The platform, including its skill taxonomy, models and software, remains our property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and will give reasonable notice where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits or data.

Termination

Either party may terminate at the end of a subscription term. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach or non-payment. On termination, your right to access ceases and we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
