This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for SKILWI subscriptions, operated by SKILWI Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62011KA2026PTC220605).
SKILWI subscriptions are billed in advance for the agreed term. Because access to the platform is provisioned immediately on payment, fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription term has begun.
You may cancel at any time by writing to hello@skilwi.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing term. You retain access until that date, and you will not be billed for the following term.
We will issue a refund where the platform is materially unavailable for a prolonged period due to a fault on our side and we are unable to remedy it, or where a payment was made in error or duplicated. Requests must be raised within 7 days of the charge by writing to hello@skilwi.ai with the payment reference.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Free trial periods and promotional offers carry no charge and no refund. If you do not wish to continue after a trial, simply cancel before the paid term begins.
