Access is delivered electronically. Once payment is confirmed, your account and subscription tier are provisioned and login details are sent to the registered email address.
Provisioning normally completes within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and in most cases immediately. If your account requires configuration or data migration, our team will contact you to agree a schedule.
The platform is accessed over the internet at skilwi.ai using your account credentials. There are no delivery charges.

No. SKILWI runs entirely in your browser at skilwi.ai. There is nothing to download, no plugins, and no on-premise component to maintain.
Most organisations are fully set up the same day: create your admin account, invite your team, and you're working. If you're migrating employee, payroll, or historical performance data from another system, our team will work with you on a mutually agreed schedule so nothing is rushed or lost in transition.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term unless cancelled beforehand. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to cancel. There is no re-delivery step on renewal; access simply continues uninterrupted.
