Access is delivered electronically. Once payment is confirmed, your account and subscription tier are provisioned and login details are sent to the registered email address.
Provisioning normally completes within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and in most cases immediately. If your account requires configuration or data migration, our team will contact you to agree a schedule.
The platform is accessed over the internet at skilwi.ai using your account credentials. There are no delivery charges.
If you do not receive access within 24 hours of payment, write to hello@skilwi.ai with your payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.
