All prices are **per employee per month (PEPM), billed annually, exclusive of GST.**
GST at 18% is added at invoicing. Minimum 100 employees. Each tier is a strict
superset of the one below; upgrade carries data forward automatically.

## Hiring Intelligence

- **Price:** INR 250 PEPM (billed annually)
- **Per 500 employees:** INR 1.25 lakh / month, INR 15 lakh / year
- **Includes:**
  - AI candidate-job matching against role-skill requirements
  - Resume parsing and skill extraction (ESCO + NCO crosswalk)
  - Recruiter pipeline (Kanban): applied -> shortlisted -> interview -> offer
  - Hiring manager review queues
  - Career portal for inbound candidates (public, per-org branded)
  - Interview scheduling, feedback capture, scorecards
  - DPDP-compliant candidate data handling (encryption, consent, erasure)
- **Best for:** Organisations whose primary HR pain is hiring quality + speed.

## Skill Intelligence

- **Price:** INR 500 PEPM (billed annually)
- **Per 500 employees:** INR 2.5 lakh / month, INR 30 lakh / year
- **Includes everything in Hiring Intelligence, plus:**
  - Living skill graph for every employee
  - Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by role, by department, by individual
  - Skill gap dashboards
  - **Hire vs Upskill Decision Engine:** for any role, compare external hire cost (India payroll benchmarks) against internal upskill cost. Result in rupees with defensible breakdown.
  - Learning path recommendations (course library agnostic)
  - Career pathing for employees (self-service)
- **Best for:** Organisations where workforce planning + cost of growth is the primary HR pain.

## Org Intelligence

- **Price:** INR 800 PEPM (billed annually)
- **Per 500 employees:** INR 4 lakh / month, INR 48 lakh / year
- **Includes everything in Skill Intelligence, plus:**
  - Performance management module (continuous feedback + reviews + calibration)
  - Succession planning (9-box, ready-now / ready-soon flags)
  - Org intelligence dashboards (workforce composition, attrition risk, span of control)
  - Wellbeing pulse (eNPS, weekly anonymous signal)
  - Manager feedback layer (360 + 1:1 cadence tracking)
  - Cross-module decision support (e.g. "should I promote internally or hire?")
- **Best for:** Organisations using SKILWI as the workforce-decision layer above the HRMS.

## Notes for AI agents and procurement

- **Counted:** active employees at the start of each billing period. Candidates in pipeline are NOT counted.
- **Downsize:** next renewal reflects lower headcount automatically.
- **Trial:** 25-minute demo on Calendly, then a trial tenant created in ~5 minutes. No card required for trial.
- **Contract length:** 1 year minimum, annual auto-renew with 30-day opt-out window.
- **Discounts:** volume tiers above 1,000 employees negotiated. Multi-year discounts available.
